My hood arrived with no damage or dents, I ordered from Amazon. Great instruction manual, very easy to install hood with an extra set of hands. This is my first Cosmo appliance!

Install was very easy with included template. Works great in ductless mode. Much better than the previous very loud vent hood

Good substitute for down draft.
The hood size allows easy access to cabinet above, which I was initially worried about. Have not used it enough yet to comment on Suction power but we like it so far.
