We do not accept returns on spare parts; they are final sale. Returns are only accepted for chimney extensions, LP kits, carbon filters, chimney covers, oven racks, and baffle filters. Please take a moment to review our shipping and return policies below before you place your order.

Shipping & Handling: All parts take 5-7 business days to process and ship. Smaller parts will ship with USPS First Class and take an additional 2-5 days for delivery. Larger parts ship with UPS Ground and take 3-5 days for delivery.

Notice for Serial Number Parts: If the Serial Number or an accurate Serial Number is not provided, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee in the event that the purchased item is inaccurate.

Return Policy: Products mentioned above have a 14 day return period. Returns have a 15% restocking fee. If free shipping was used then the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Returns will not be processed for used or materially different items we receive. Products that arrive damaged or were shipped incorrectly due to staff error will have these fees and deductions waived.
