I am super excited about the Stainless Steel Range Hood. I have worked in restaurants for 40+ years & this hood makes me feel like I am in a restaurant again. I love how powerful it is & watching the steam or smoke go out of the house. Easy to clean, it just looks perfect over my range.
QB90 So Far - Initial Review
We are pleased with QB90. It is precisely what we were looking for in the under the cabinet range hood.
QB90 Service and Product So Far (Thumbs Up)
– Purchased Hood online from Home Depot. Unfortunately it was a return that was reshipped but in good shape and recieved pretty fast, so we kept it. We were not sure about production, availability (as a result of Covid) and with a new kitchen build out happening 8 to 10 weeks out-did not really have a option. We also looked too hard at the top when we inspected it upon arrival. Had required parts missing for exhaust….
-With that being said, It is very easy to mount, quite, pulls air great and looks good with other SS appliances.
-When we were nearly finished, we noticed the parts issue. Parts that are needed for venting. Not going to find them in Appiance stores of Dept Stores. Checked that out. Called the Factory immediately. Joshua in the customer service area answered and within minutes made a bad problem into no problem. He requested some information & expedited delivery of the parts to my address at no charge. It is hard to find a company that stands behind their product and has this type of service, product knowledge and customer service. Kodos Joshua. Order extra Charcoal Filter as a result and will recommend to friends
