The large 4.5 cu. ft. oven capacity lets you bake for a crowd and the gas cooktop with 5 sealed burners can handle all your pots and pans with ease. The cooktop is equipped with a variety of different burners to suit needs from the largest pots and pans down to the most delicate sauces: 18,000 BTU, 9,000 BTU, 8,000 BTU, 6,000 BTU and 4,000 BTU. In the convection oven, powerful fans circulate air for fast, perfectly cooked meals every time. Our special oven functions give you the precision to create everything from juicy roasts to delicate desserts. Designed for durability, this 30 in. gas range is constructed with industrial, corrosion-resistant stainless steel. A removable backsplash means this range is suitable for either freestanding or slide-in installation.

Beautiful Range
Purchased after our other range was recalled (Z-Line). Our Cosmo range has exceeded our expectations- it’s beautiful, all the burners heat well, including the simmer burner. We are thrilled that the oven heats up very quickly, and is spot on temperature wise- and holds that temperature evenly throughout the bake. If I would change anything, I would ask for glide out oven racks, I do miss that from the old range, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker, but that’s why I didn’t give it 5 stars.

This oven is EVERYTHING! The sleek features are such a nice touch as well. Cooked a mean filet on this thing and it did not disappoint.
Upgraded my kitchen
It has been 2 months since my purchase, and I love my new range. The professionalism of the look and feel of this range is great. I did extensive research and settled on this range; so glad I did; It is strong, and beautiful and believe will last a long time. The lights on the knobs are an added bonus I enjoy. I was tired of the bells and whistles so when it was time for a new range, I was determined to buy a professional and functional range, without the clocks and digits just a real range; and I got so much more. I love the range and yes, an instant kitchen upgrade for me. When it is time for additional appliances, I will definitely purchase Cosmo. Buy it you will not be disappointed!!
