Q: Can I install my faucet in an outdoor kitchen? A: Our faucets are not rated or recommended for outdoor use, even in covered patios. Weather conditions and sunlight may wear out the internal components of your faucet quickly and may void your warranty.

COS-KF222C Faucet Installation Troubleshooting

There is leakage under the base. The hot, cold, or sprayer hoses are not tightened properly. Shut off the water supply to the faucet. Check that the hose connections are properly sealed. Tighten the hose connections. Turn the water back on. The hot, cold, or sprayer hose is damaged. Replace the damaged hose. The rubber o-ring(s) are missing or damaged. Replace the rubber o-ring(s). If the above steps do not fix the leak, contact support or a qualified technician for further troubleshooting and diagnosis. The faucet base is not secure. The mounting nut is loose. Shut off the water supply to the faucet.  Tighten the brass mounting screw below the faucet base. The faucet’s base threading is stripped. Replace the faucet base.

Q: What is the warranty included with my Cosmo Air Fryer? A: When purchased brand new from an authorized reseller, the Cosmo 55AFDKB Air Fryer includes a 1-year limited warranty with the purchase. For warranty support, contact Cosmo directly at 1-888-784-3108.  Q: Is my Cosmo Air Fryer dishwasher safe? A: The pan, rack, basket, and basket holder can be cleaned in the dishwasher. The main unit should never be immersed in water or placed in the dishwasher. Q: What preset cooking functions are available? A: Your Cosmo Air Fryer has 7 preset cooking functions: Fries, Ribs, Shrimp, Pastries, Chicken, Meat, and Fish. The fryer will automatically set the temperature and cooking time based on the preset function selected. Q: Do I have to use oil with my air fryer? A: Your air fryer cooks food using super-high heat and circulated air, requiring very little oil. Do not fill the pan with oil or frying fat.

No power or low power. Check that the unit is plugged in and the breaker is switched to ON. Turn the breaker to the OFF position and wait 5 minutes. Turn the breaker back to the ON position and attempt to use the unit again. Check that the voltage is correct for your unit according to the installation manual – 110/120V, 60Hz, and 15 to 20 Amps. We advise that electrical installation be performed by a qualified, licensed electrician. If installation was not performed by a licensed professional, contact one as soon as possible to verify that the power is adequate for your unit and has been safely connected.

Q: Why does my display show the error E0? A: E0 will show on the display when there is no cookware placed on the cooktop, or the cookware is not induction-ready.  Q: What types of cookware are compatible with the Cosmo induction cooktop? A: The Cosmo YLIC1 induction cooktop utilizes Thermal-Wave Induction and requires specific cookware to function, such as cast iron, 18/0 stainless steel, or other magnetic cookware. Q: How can I determine if my cookware is induction-ready? A: Place a refrigerator magnet on the bottom surface of your cookware. If the magnet holds strongly, the cookware is induction-ready. Q: Can I use copper, ceramic, glass, plastic, wood, 18/8 stainless steel, 18/10 stainless steel, or aluminum cookware with the Cosmo induction burner? A: These types of cookware are not induction-ready and do not have a magnetic bottom. They will not work with the Cosmo YLIC1 induction burner and will generate an E0 error when attempting to use them.  Q: What is the warranty for my Cosmo induction burner?
