Air Fried Potato Cheddar Bites Recipe

These potato cheddar bites are the perfect snack when you’re in a time crunch. They’re super easy to make with just a few common ingredients. You’ll want to roll the mix into small bites that are the right size for you to grab when baked and crispy. Pair these with your favorite dipping sauce.

Ingredients:

  • Potato
  • Water
  • 1/4 cup Cheddar
  • 1 tbsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp. Pepper
  • 1 tbsp. Salt
  • 2 tbsp. Italian Seasoning
  • Non-stick Cooking Oil
  • Panko Mix

Directions:

  1. Poke holes in the potato with a fork or knife
  2. Fill the bottom of the air fryer basket with water. Air fry the potato at 400°F for 30 minutes. Flip every 10 minutes
  3. Mix the potato with cheddar, garlic powder, pepper, salt and Italian seasoning in a bowl
  4. Roll the mix into small balls. Spray with oil and dust with Panko mix
  5. Oil the pan and air fry at 400°F for 10 minutes until crispy brown
