Black Bean Stew Fiesta Recipe

Black Bean Stew Fiesta—a hearty stew of black beans, smoked sausage, and savory pork, simmered to perfection in a medley of spices.


  • 2 cups black beans, soaked overnight
  • 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1/2 pound pork shoulder, cubed
  • 1/2 pound smoked bacon, chopped
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


  1. Cook the Black Beans:
