Ingredients:
For the tea base:
- 2 black tea bags
- 1 cup hot water
For the bubble tea:
- 1/2 cup cooked tapioca pearls (available in Asian grocery stores)
- 1/2 cup brewed tea, cooled
- 1/4 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 2 tablespoons simple syrup (adjust to taste)
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
- Prepare the tea base by steeping the black tea bags in hot water for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags and let the brewed tea cool down.
- In a glass, add the cooked tapioca pearls.
