Paneer Tikka
Paneer Tikka Delight—a dish that encapsulates the rich tapestry of Indian flavors and textures. Imagine succulent cubes of paneer (Indian cottage cheese) marinated in a medley of spices, skewered, and grilled to perfection.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups paneer (Indian cottage cheese), cut into cubes
- 1 cup thick yogurt
- 2 tablespoons gram flour (besan)
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon chaat masala
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Fresh vegetables (bell peppers, onions) for skewering
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Fresh coriander, chopped, for garnish

Instructions:
- Marinate the Paneer:
