Spicy Korean Chicken Stir-Fry Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 cup sliced scallions
- 2 tbsp. gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 tbsp. sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- Cooked white rice (for serving)
Instructions:
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over high heat.
- Add the sliced chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the onion, garlic, and red bell pepper. Sauté for 2-3 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the gochujang, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and black pepper.
- Add the cooked chicken back to the skillet along with the sauce, tossing everything together until well combined.
