Tender and Flavorful Beef Stroganoff Recipe for a Hearty Meal

Ingredients:
- 1 lb beef sirloin, cut into thin strips

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced

- 1 cup beef broth

- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:
- In a large skillet, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat. Add the beef strips and cook until browned on all sides. Remove from the pan and set aside.
