  • 3 cups self-raising flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water

  2. In a large bowl, sift together the flour, salt, and sugar.
