Beef Chow Fun

Ingredients:
- 200g flat rice noodles (Chow Fun noodles)
- 200g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 stalks green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Vegetable oil, for cooking
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Prepare the Rice Noodles:
- Soak the flat rice noodles in hot water for about 20-30 minutes until they become soft. Drain and set aside.
- Marinate the Beef:
- In a bowl, combine the thinly sliced beef with soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for at least 15-20 minutes.
- Stir-fry the Ingredients:
