Chinese Braised Pork Belly Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb pork belly, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup rice wine
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 3 star anise
  • 2 cups water
