Cream Cheese Peach Empanada Recipe

  • Peach
  • 1/4 Cup Cornstarch
  • 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
  • 1/8 Cup Brown Sugar
  • Goya Empanada Disc
  • Cream Cheese
  • Non-stick Cooking Spray


  1. Peel and chop a ripe peach
  2. Mix the cornstarch, cinnamon, brown sugar and peaches in a bowl
  3. Spray air fryer pan with non-stick spray and load peaches
  4. Cook at 400°F for 3 to 4 minutes
  5. Stuff and seal the Goya empanada disc with the peaches and cream cheese
  6. Spray with cooking spray and sprinkle with cinnamon
  7. Cook at 350°F for 7 minutes on each side
