Flavorful and Spicy Korean Beef Bulgogi Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb thinly sliced beef sirloin or ribeye
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, gochujang, minced garlic, grated ginger, rice vinegar, and black pepper.
  2. Add the thinly sliced beef to the bowl and toss to coat.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate the beef in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or up to 24 hours.
  4. Preheat a large skillet or grill pan over high heat.
