How to Make Delicious Cinnamon Rolls at Home

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 package instant yeast
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, salt, and yeast. Mix well.
  2. In a separate bowl, warm the milk and butter together in the microwave for 30 seconds. Add the egg and whisk until combined.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well with a wooden spoon.
