Gluten-Free Brownies Recipe

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour


  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a 9-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, melt the butter in the microwave or on the stove. Add the sugar and stir until well combined.
  3. Add the cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. Add the eggs and mix until well combined.
  5. Add the gluten-free flour and mix until just combined. Don’t overmix.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth out the surface.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
