Gluten-Free Chicken Parmesan Recipe

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves, chopped (optional)

  2. In a shallow bowl, combine the gluten-free breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
