Greek Lemon Chicken Souvlaki Recipe

  • 1 lb boneless chicken, cubed
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 4-6 skewers


  1. In a large bowl, mix together the lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, oregano, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add the cubed chicken to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
