Ingredients:
- 8 oz. linguine pasta
- 1 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. unsalted butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
- Cook the linguine pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- While the pasta is cooking, season the shrimp with salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the white wine and lemon juice, and stir to combine. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce is slightly reduced.
- Add the butter and stir until melted and incorporated into the sauce.
