Maple Glazed Salmon

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
