Savory Japanese Okonomiyaki Pancakes

Ingredients:
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 2 scallions, sliced
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 lb cooked and peeled shrimp
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Okonomiyaki sauce (or a mixture of ketchup and Worcestershire sauce)
- Mayonnaise
- Bonito flakes (optional)
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix together the shredded cabbage, scallions, flour, water, and eggs.
