Savory Spinach and Feta Stuffed Chicken Breast Recipe

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped

  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  3. Cut a pocket into the thickest part of each chicken breast, being careful not to cut all the way through.

  5. Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  6. Add the stuffed chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until browned.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
