Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, chilled and diced
- 1/4 cup ice water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix together flour and salt. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Gradually add ice water, tossing with a fork until dough forms a ball.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out dough to fit a 9-inch tart pan.
