Ingredients:
- 2 pounds chicken pieces (drumsticks, thighs, or wings)

- 2 tablespoons ground cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon ginger powder
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable oil for brushing
- Suya spice for serving (optional)
Instructions:
