Ingredients:

  • 500g boneless, skinless chicken thighs, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves, loosely packed
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Cooked rice, for serving

Instructions:

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add minced garlic and chopped Thai chilies, and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
