Thai Pad Kra Pao Recipe

Ingredients:
- 500g minced meat (pork, chicken or beef)
- 2 cups Thai basil leaves, roughly chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4-6 Thai chilies, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
Instructions:
- Heat up a wok or a large frying pan over high heat.
- Add a tablespoon of oil and swirl it around to coat the pan.
- Add garlic and chilies and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add minced meat and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until cooked.
- Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar, and stir well.
- Add the basil leaves and stir-fry for another minute until the leaves have wilted.
