Turkish Borek Recipe with Spinach and Feta Cheese

Ingredients:
- 1 package phyllo dough
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 lb. spinach, chopped
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a large skillet, sauté the chopped onion until it’s soft and translucent.
