American Meatloaf Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped

  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, black pepper, milk, and parsley.

  4. Bake for 45-60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  5. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
