Bacon and Egg Breakfast Muffins

Breakfast just got a whole lot tastier with these savory bacon and egg breakfast muffins. They’re perfect for busy mornings when you don’t have time to sit down for a full meal. Plus, they’re easy to make and can be customized with your favorite ingredients like spinach, cheese, or mushrooms.


  • 6 slices of bacon
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions


  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then crumble it.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Stir in the crumbled bacon and chopped green onions.
  5. Pour the mixture evenly into a greased muffin tin.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the eggs are set and the muffins are golden brown.
