Easy Banana Bread Recipe

A classic and easy way to use up ripe bananas and make a delicious snack or breakfast bread. It’s perfect for kids who love sweet treats and baking!
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/3 cup of melted butter or vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- A pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup of sugar
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×5 inch (23×13 cm) loaf pan with butter or oil.
- Peel the bananas and mash them in a bowl with a fork.
- Add the melted butter or vegetable oil to the mashed bananas and stir well.
- Add the baking soda and salt to the banana mixture and stir well.
- Add the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract to the banana mixture and stir well.
- Add the flour to the banana mixture and stir until just combined.
- Pour the banana bread batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean.
- Use oven mitts to remove the bread from the oven and let it cool on a wire rack for 10-15 minutes.
- Slice and serve your delicious Banana Bread!
