Flavorful Stir-Fried Shrimp with Broccoli Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat a large skillet or wok over high heat.

  4. Add shrimp and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and are cooked through.

  6. Add soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Stir-fry for another minute until the sauce is well mixed and the shrimp and broccoli are coated with the sauce.
  7. Serve hot over steamed rice.
