Garlic Shrimp Stir Fry

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and stir until fragrant.
  2. Add shrimp and stir fry for 2-3 minutes or until pink. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. Add bell pepper, onion, and snow peas to the skillet and stir fry for 2-3 minutes or until tender-crisp.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Pour mixture into the skillet and stir to combine.
  5. Add shrimp back into the skillet and stir to coat with sauce. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes or until heated through.
