Korean Fried Chicken Wings Recipe

  • 2 pounds of chicken wings, separated into drumettes and flats
  • 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/4 cup of soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 2 tablespoons of chili paste
  • 1 tablespoon of grated ginger
  • 3 cloves of minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil


  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. In a bowl, combine the flour, salt, and black pepper. Toss the chicken wings in the mixture until they are evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle the vegetable oil over the wings.
