Pierogi with Potato and Cheese Filling Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 celery stalk, finely chopped
- 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
- 1 lb spaghetti
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
- Fresh basil for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Cook the Ground Beef:
- In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions and garlic, sauté until softened. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add Vegetables:
