Spicy Chili Con Carne

Ingredients:
- 1 lb. ground beef

- 2 cans diced tomatoes
- 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Shredded cheese, chopped cilantro, and sour cream for serving
Instructions:
- In a large pot or Dutch oven, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
