Swiss Cheese Fondue

Ingredients:
- 1 clove garlic, halved
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 1 pound Gruyère cheese, grated
- 1/2 pound Emmental cheese, grated

- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 loaf crusty bread, cubed
