    2. Register your warranty online at www.cosmoappliances.com/warranty.
  2. Contact support over the phone at 1-888-784-3108, by using the “Contact us” form online, or by sending an email to staff@cosmokitchenproducts.com
  3. Make note of the ticket number provided for future reference.
  4. A support representative will reach out within 1 business day for further troubleshooting and to send any necessary replacement parts if the unit is within warranty. If the unit is outside of the 5-year warranty period, we will assist you with diagnosing and ordering parts for your unit.
