  2. Contact support over the phone at 1-888-784-3108, by using the “Contact us” form online, or by sending an email to staff@cosmokitchenproducts.com
  3. Make note of the ticket number provided for future reference.
  4. A support representative will reach out within 1 business day for further troubleshooting and to send any necessary replacement parts if the unit is within warranty. If the unit is outside of the warranty period, we will assist you with diagnosing and ordering parts for your unit.
