    COS-KF501SS Faucet Installation Troubleshooting

    1. There is leakage under the base.
      1. The hot, cold, or sprayer hoses are not tightened properly.
        1. Shut off the water supply to the faucet.
        2. Check that the hose connections are properly sealed.
        3. Tighten the hose connections.
        4. Turn the water back on.
      2. The hot, cold, or sprayer hose is damaged.
        1. Replace the damaged hose.
      3. The rubber o-ring(s) are missing or damaged.
        1. Replace the rubber o-ring(s).
      4. If the above steps do not fix the leak, contact support or a qualified technician for further troubleshooting and diagnosis.
    2. The faucet base is not secure.
      1. The mounting nut is loose.
        1. Shut off the water supply to the faucet. 
        2. Tighten the brass mounting screw below the faucet base.
      2. The faucet’s base threading is stripped.
        1. Replace the faucet base.
