    4. Set the clock on the unit.
    5. Select “Bake” using the touch controls on the oven.
    6. The display should show “350 F” by default.
    7. Press “Start.”

Bake is consistently under or over the set temperature by more than 30 degrees or Broil does not reach MAX temperature
  1. Check that the unit has been installed properly: Electrical Installation Troubleshooting.
  2. Check that the thermometer being used is properly calibrated. If necessary, purchase a new thermometer.
  3. Check that your personal oven thermometer is placed in the center of the oven, and that the oven has been given sufficient time to preheat, typically 10-20 minutes.
  4. Wait for the oven to cool completely to prevent burns or other injuries. Next, locate the thermostat probe in the top or rear of the oven cavity, which looks similar to this. If the thermostat probe is dislodged or crooked, attempt to reconnect it to the mounting clip(s).
  5. Confirm that any extra foil, materials, pots, pans, etc. are removed except for the ones currently in use for cooking.
  6. Contact support or a qualified technician for further troubleshooting and diagnosis.
The display on my unit is completely blank
  1. The display can sometimes go out during a power surge, or when the oven heats over a safe level and triggers the internal thermal fuse.
  2. To try resetting the unit, restart the breaker that powers the unit.
  3. If the display is still blank, contact support or a qualified technician for further troubleshooting and diagnosis.
