How to Schedule a Service Visit

  1. Before scheduling a service visit:
    1. Check that the unit has been installed properly according to the gas and electrical requirements, if applicable, outlined in the troubleshooting guide.
    2. Register your warranty online at

  3. Make note of the ticket number provided for future reference.
  4. A support representative will reach out within 1 business day for further troubleshooting and to submit your claim for service if the unit is within warranty.
