    COS-07CTMSSB Microwave Oven Troubleshooting

    The oven will not start
    1. Check that the power cord is plugged in, and that the outlet is functional.
    2. Ensure that the door is fully closed.
    3. Select a new function and start over.
    4. If the oven still does not start, contact support or a qualified technician for further troubleshooting and diagnosis.
    There is arcing or sparking inside the oven during use
    1. Remove any materials that are incompatible with microwave ovens, such as metal utensils, metal dishes, etc. Use only microwave-safe dishes and utensils.
    2. Ensure that the oven is not empty. The oven should not be operated while empty.
    3. Check that there are no food spills inside the oven. If necessary, wipe with a damp cloth.
    My food is cooking unevenly or is undercooked
    1. Remove any materials that are incompatible with microwave ovens, such as metal utensils, metal dishes, etc. Use only microwave-safe dishes and utensils.
    2. The food has not been defrosted properly or completely. Defrost the food completely before attempting to heat it.
    3. The cooking time or power level is not adequate to cook the food. Adjust the cooking time or power level to better suit the type and amount of food being cooked.
    4. The food needs to be turned and/or stirred. 
    5. The oven ventilation ports may be blocked or restricted. Make sure that the ventilation ports are not blocked or restricted.
