Gas range or cooktop
  1. No power or low power.
    1. Check that the unit is plugged in and the breaker is switched to ON.
    2. Turn the breaker to the OFF position and wait 5 minutes.
    3. Turn the breaker back to the ON position and attempt to use the unit again.
Electric oven or cooktop
  1. No power or low power:
    1. Check that the unit is plugged in and the breaker is switched to ON.
    2. Check that the voltage is correct for your unit according to the installation manual – 220/240V, 60Hz, and 30 to 50 Amps.
    3. Confirm that the unit is on its own, dedicated breaker and can be switched off individually without powering off any other appliance or electronic in your home.
    4. We advise that electrical installation be performed by a qualified, licensed electrician. If installation was not performed by a licensed professional, contact one as soon as possible to verify that the power is adequate for your unit and has been safely connected.
